We need to understand that people at that time married at early ages..its seems abnormal nowadays but it was normal at that time. Just going back to my grandma who got married at 16 so only few years ago it was a normal thing, something that had nothing to do with pedophilia.

Now let's see some examples from the history:
*Saint Augustine married a girl aged of 10 .
*King Richard ll of England he married a girl aged of 8
*Margaret Beaufort, (age 7) was married to John de la Pole
Until the 12th century, marriages in the Catholic church of people 12 years and younger were normal.

So as we can see it was a very normal thing in fact even the daughter of the prophet Ruqaya (radiya Allahu anha) got married at the age of 9.

In Islam a girl can't marry without her consense and the father consense and a woman have the right to divorce also ...now you will tell me(but she was 9 she didn't know) ok right but then she got older why she didn't divorce or talk about it after he died?simple cause he never ever abused or raped her or did any harm to her.

Something we cannot deny is that the prophet was called by his enemies a crazy,magician but he wasn't knows of being a pedophile and that's shows again that it was something normal that time.

You thinking he liked young girls? Wrong if it was the case he wouldn't marry divorced and widow women,in fact his first wife and first love was a woman who was aged of 40 married he her when he was 25, actually Aisha (radiya Allahu anah) was the only young wife he had.

Now a point aside for Muslims we need also to know that it wasn't really just a marriage it was also a revelation from Allah since the prophet Mohammed (salla Allahu alayhi wa Salam) saw her twice in his dreams.
